We are seeking contractors with the following skill sets:
End User Computing (EUC) Support
- EUC L1
- Basic hardware/software troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
- OS installation and configuration (Windows/Mac)
- Application support and patching
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
Incident handling and escalation to L2 when required
EUC L2
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Device management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.)
- AD account and mailbox administration
- Onsite VIP/end-user support
- Coordination with global/regional IT teams
Network Support
- Network L1
- Basic router, switch, and wireless troubleshooting
- Cabling, patching, and port activation/deactivation
- First-line network fault isolation
Escalation to L2 or vendor support
Network L2
- Configuration and advanced troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
- VLAN configuration and network monitoring tools usage
- Incident and problem management
- Coordination with carrier/ISP providers
