Position Responsibilities
• Plan and implement major trade marketing programs and exclusive store coop event to ensure sales result and preferable image.
• Follow global guidelines to prepare trade marketing plan: respecting different timing and quantities limitation. Communicate with global office to provide requested information and feedback.
• Take the role of the contact window for trade activities at the stores including negotiating event space, DM exposure and window display. Responsible for the final results of the brand exposures in the retail environment and stores communication pieces.
• Follow global guidelines to manage luxury execution with strategic thinking and historical analyzing. Responsible for stock forecast, inventory management and take corresponding actions.
• Control A&P budget and plan mailer, events and other venue rental cost within the given budget.
• Responsible for VIP pre-sale event, VIP hotel event and retail coop event, counter podium, including venue, F&B and product display.
• Evaluate, analyze and prepare activities results reports to provide learning and indicated actions for future planning.
• Constantly visit the counters in order to understand the fields and competitors.
• Control and manage sample forecast and budget, ensure the mechanism follow global guideline and local market strategy. Conduct necessary analysis after each campaign.
•Support marketing team on PO preparation
•Manage and execute counter visual merchandising with budget control
Position Qualifications
• Bachelor degree and above.
• 3 years and above experiences in cosmetic & luxury industry.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Drive for result and deliver quality result in time-frame.
• Be able to bring out concrete suggestions.
• Familiar with retail negotiation and operation.
