Strategic Investment and M&A manager:

1) Work with leadership on corporate and business unit-level M&A strategy.

2) Identify potential targets via industry industry, target profiling, out-reach, and actionability assessment.

3) Lead task-force to execute M&A transactions.

4) Support post-merger integration.

Qualifications :

1) >5 years related investment experience, preferably in high-tech industry.

2) Fluency in English or Japanese.

3) Strong project management capability, driving progress with internal and external stakeholders.

4) Excellent presentation and communication skills.

5) Goal-driven, initiative-taking, and team-oriented.
