Job Description
Manage the planning and implementation of Key People Initiatives based on current and future business needs, primarily in Talent Management and Organizational Development, as well as all associated administrative duties
Collaborate with HRBP / Business leaders to drive annual talent review, performance cycle, employee engagement surveys, and other OD projects, including setting guidelines and frameworks, analyzing data, and reporting key metrics
Analyze people-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Serve as a business analyst to consolidate data and share meaningful insights with stakeholders, propose evidence-based solutions as needed on an ongoing basis
Act as a liaison between COE, HRBP, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and enable effective cross-function collaboration
