Job Description
- Coordinate and Execute Priorities – Manage assigned priorities from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and Report Progress – Track the status of initiatives, prepare clear updates, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities to the Chief of Staff.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate effectively with both senior leaders and team members across functions and regions to maintain alignment, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution.
- Support Process Improvements – Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance execution efficiency, and support the adoption of new tools and practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or transformation.
- Proven track record of working directly with senior executives and leading complex cross-functional projects.
