The Associate Product Manager supports the Product Management team within the Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) at Molex by assisting in managing product portfolios and helping to execute product strategies. This role offers a great opportunity for early-career professionals to develop product management skills in a global, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Global Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for the assigned product line.
- Contribute to the preparation of business cases, pricing analysis, and sales enablement materials to aid product commercialization efforts.
- Help identify and support process improvements and best practice sharing within the product management team and across functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and management to support timely and cost-effective delivery of customer-specific solutions.
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and quality improvement projects by coordinating with manufacturing and operational teams.
- Support economic analyses and product performance tracking to help ensure achievement of profit targets.
- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and customer dynamics to support continuous learning and product improvement.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, project management or related roles in the electronics or technology sectors is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a product management career.
- Proficiency in English
