We trust our team with autonomy, believing it leads to better results and job satisfaction. With a mission-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, we are building something new and helping unlock the power of massive-scale data to make the world safer, stronger, and more prosperous.
Team Overview:
We are a passionate team of technologists, data scientists, and analysts with backgrounds in operational intelligence, law enforcement, large multinationals, and cybersecurity operations. We obsess about designing products that will change the way global companies, governments and nonprofits protect themselves from external threats and global adversaries.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a jack-of-all-trades, language enabled, customer-facing solutions architect, with deep experience working with defense technologies, partner integration, and process shaping.
You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing critical defense technologies, while integrating and training partners to utilize related systems.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape mission-driven systems architecture and collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams supporting national security programs.
Team Principles:
At Atreides, we believe that teams work best when they:
- Remain curious and passionate in all aspects of our work
- Promote clear, direct, and transparent communication
- Embrace the 'measure twice, cut once' philosophy
- Value and encourage diverse ideas and technologies
- Lead with empathy in all interactions
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead advanced training focused on institutionalizing all-source intelligence fusion, developing a sustainable "train-the-trainer" capability that enables partners to manage their own analytical programs.
- Advise partner leadership on operational integration, focusing on embedding intelligence-driven frameworks directly into their core C2, targeting, and mission planning cycles to ensure analysis directly supports warfighting functions.
- Deliver specialized, hands-on technical instruction covering Digital Force Protection (DFP), OSINT/AdTech exploitation, and digital threat analysis, while guiding the technical integration of partner sensors into common data lakes for visualization.
- Collaborate with partners to build automated analytics, helping them design and refine custom workflows to detect digital surveillance indicators, such as GNSS anomalies or rogue cell towers, from their own organic data streams.
- Manage all stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure culturally-aligned delivery, providing regular performance assessments and formal recommendations to U.S. and host-nation leadership for future capability enhancement.
Required Expertise:
- Subject matter expertise in all-source intelligence analysis, including the full intelligence cycle (collection, analysis, fusion, production, and dissemination).
- Hands-on experience with core analytical processes: Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Order of Battle (OB) analysis, targeting cycles (F3EAD/find-fix-finish), and threat assessment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Digital Force Protection (DFP), open-source intelligence (OSINT), and AdTech exploitation methodologies for counter-surveillance and threat detection.
- Proficiency with common intelligence analysis platforms, databases, and visualization tools (e.g., Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, ArcGIS, MIST/Voltron, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of ISR sensor integration, data management, and the flow of data from collection/edge sensors to a data lake or visualization environment.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, formal classroom instruction, and mentoring, preferably in a military or government "train-the-trainer" context.
- Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or government clients, particularly in foreign advisory, security cooperation, or partnership-building roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, documentation discipline, and the ability to work independently in complex, ambiguous, and cross-cultural environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working across technical and non-technical stakeholders and with non-native English speakers.
Desired Qualifications:
- SOF/Military Intelligence Certifications
- Technical Certifications
- Previous operational experience as an intelligence analyst or advisor
- Language proficiency (Chinese)
- Active (US or FVEY) security clearance
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
- Flexible work environment
(applicant must be willing to live full-time in Taiwan) - Additional benefits like flexible hours, work travel opportunities, competitive vacation time and parental leave
While meeting all of these criteria would be ideal, we understand that some candidates may meet most, but not all. If you're passionate, curious and ready to "work smart and get things done," we'd love to hear from you.
