About the role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented potential talent for Taiwan Haleon Modern Trade team.
Haleon Taiwan aims to be the most innovative, trusted, and digital-savvy team to lead the change in self-care. As a omnichannel & sales planning manager, you're responsible for omnichannel performance and modern trade operating efficiency, directly report to Sales Director of Modern Trade.

Role Responsibilities

Omnichannel Role:

  • Develop omnichannel growth strategy and priorities with consumer-first mindset and business acumen.
  • Deliver Omnichannel sales target in line with Haleon strategy of being digital- savvy by formulating winning strategy and reach consensus with customers with Kay account managers through leading omnichannel JPB (Joint Business Plan).
  • Deliver omnichannel market share / penetration KPI of omnichannel by working with performance marketing/ brand marketing team to drive health in more hands.
  • Optimize and upgrade Omnichannel digital shelf (FCP) management with performance marketing to drive effectiveness and efficiency along with online shopper journey.
  • Strong collaboration among internal cross function team- digital/ trade marketing/ marketing/ QSC/ financial/ regulatory/ medical; and external key stakeholders to ensure wired for excellence.
  • Drive meaningful initiatives with omnichannel customers as pioneer on media or activations to break-thru barriers under fast-paced market dynamic.

Sales Operation and Planning Role:

  • Strengthens and drives operational efficiency through the creation of strategies which are aligned to the commercial objectives.
  • Actively participates in the Core Commercial Cycle regarding end to end forecasting for the Sales Team.
  • Supports the Modern Trade KAMs Team regarding the channel/customer investment structure (Trade Spend, Investment Focus, and Level of Investment) ensuring alignment to the commercial financial objectives.
  • Works and collaborations across internal functions to ensure that the commercial objectives of the Modern Trade Sales Team are supported.
  • Provides insights regarding the alignment of the brand plan and sales team execution; improves operation efficiency throughout the process both in the front and back end.
  • Performs thorough analysis of sales figures (i.e. sell-in, sell-out, on-shelf availability, ECOV, call compliance and call effectiveness) to identify operational improvements to work towards the attainment of sales KPIs.
  • Employs forecasts tools like Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and monitors commercially agreed terms and ensures that they are tracked versus the company financial objectives.
  • Provides visibility on the channel and customer profitability. Supports the Modern Trade Channel Manager and KAMs on the development of action plans to support the profitability agenda.
  • Provides accurate reporting and analyses on GTN spend on a monthly basis.
  • Keeps central repository of all sales commitments/contracts supporting the GTN budget.
  • Responsible for data maintenance & accuracy in Key Account Management System.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Operation & Omnichannel Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in sales/ account management, Digital, shopper marketing experience is a plus.
  • Logical thinking, strong analytical and good at numbers.
  • Account planning, Develop strategy.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
