The role
Work as the
HRBP
to support
East of Asia Commercial organization
including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, division teams, etc. HR functional support includes
learning and development, programs deployment, organization effectiveness, talents pipeline and management, employee wellness
and all other aspects of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with business leaders to support commercial growth
- Coach and support managers in talent management, performance development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement through survey execution and action planning.
- Lead HR and organizational projects aligned with business priorities.
- Deploy HR processes and tools in line with Eaton's values and APAC guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR Services to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and ensure hiring of top talent.
- Partner with HR Services to oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, new hires, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance in compensation and benefits practices, particularly payroll, in partnership with HR Services.
- Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Leverage HR analytics (e.g., HR Balanced Scorecard) to inform business and employment decisions.
- Understand business challenges and co-design dynamic incentive plans (SIP, VPP) with HR leadership.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations and ethics issues across the region.
- Participate in integration projects to ensure deployment of standard Eaton HR practices.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design effective employee communication strategies across 15 countries, considering local laws and cultural nuances.
- Work with HR leadership and Managers of People (MoPs) to assess skills and develop training plans to support rapid organizational growth.
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with business strategy and Eaton's core values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
, with current
5 years in an HRBP role
supporting commercial organizations will be highly preferred. - Experience working across
multiple countries in Asia
, preferably including Taiwan, Japan, Philippines, and Vietnam. - Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Filipino) are a plus.
