As a
Field Application Engineer (FAE)
at Inergy Technology, you will serve as the technical bridge between our products and customer needs. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to drive product design-in, troubleshoot application issues, and deliver technical excellence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about

After completing training and onboarding in Taiwan, the selected candidate will
relocate to India
to lead and support the
India-based FAE support team
.
Responsibilities
· Provide in-depth technical support to customers for design-in and application issues
· Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption and promote solutions
· Deliver technical presentations, product training, and application notes
· Assist in circuit debugging, system evaluations, and performance optimization
· Act as the customer's voice internally to help improve products and support
· Support and manage the India FAE team after relocation
· Travel as needed to support regional and overseas customer engagements
Qualifications
· Proven experience in
Field Application Engineering
,
Technical Support
, or a similar role
· Background or experience in
technical sales support
and
customer-facing
positions
· Solid knowledge of
analog
and
power electronics systems
· Familiarity with
BLDC motor control
,
power management ICs
, or
BMS
is a plus
· Excellent
troubleshooting
and
problem-solving
skills
· Strong
communication
and
interpersonal
abilities
·
Bachelor's degree
in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
·
Nationality: Indian
(preferred)
·
Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English
; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus
· Willingness to travel overseas for training and customer support assignments
