Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
full recruitment cycle
— from requirement alignment, resume screening, interview coordination, offer process to onboarding support. - Partner closely with
hiring managers
to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring the best talent fit. - Maintain and optimize
recruitment platforms
(e.g., 104, LinkedIn) to enhance employer visibility and candidate quality. - Participate in
SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
, supporting data collection, testing, documentation, and user adoption. - Support
HR process improvement and system training
to ensure smooth roll out and excellent user experience. - Handle
HR administrative tasks
and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of
end-to-end recruitment processes
, with hands-on experience in screening, scheduling, and onboarding. - Strong
communication and stakeholder management
skills with cross-functional collaboration experience. - Proficient in
English
(spoken and written) to coordinate with regional or global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
SAP Success Factors
implementation, testing, or daily operations (any module). - Exposure to
HR system projects
or process improvement initiatives. - Japanese communication
ability is a plus.
