Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    full recruitment cycle
    — from requirement alignment, resume screening, interview coordination, offer process to onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with
    hiring managers
    to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring the best talent fit.
  • Maintain and optimize
    recruitment platforms
    (e.g., 104, LinkedIn) to enhance employer visibility and candidate quality.
  • Participate in
    SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
    , supporting data collection, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
  • Support
    HR process improvement and system training
    to ensure smooth roll out and excellent user experience.
  • Handle
    HR administrative tasks
    and other ad hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of
    end-to-end recruitment processes
    , with hands-on experience in screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Strong
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficient in
    English
    (spoken and written) to coordinate with regional or global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    SAP Success Factors
    implementation, testing, or daily operations (any module).
  • Exposure to
    HR system projects
    or process improvement initiatives.
  • Japanese communication
    ability is a plus.
