We are looking for a senior professional who will lead our VIP membership and Business Partner services, ensuring that every member enjoys an unparalleled experience.

Core Responsibilities
Membership Management
- Oversee the end-to-end membership program, including recruitment, onboarding, renewal, and retention.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with members, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
Member Engagement & Events
- Design, plan, and execute exclusive member events (social gatherings, lifestyle experiences, cultural activities) to enhance engagement and brand value.
- Develop creative initiatives that bring members closer to the YMS lifestyle vision.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow membership base and revenue, through partnerships, referrals, and innovative programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, spa, gallery, retail) to curate member privileges and cross-functional experiences.
Communication & Service Excellence
- Serve as the main contact point for VIP members, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Provide personalized service and solutions, creating memorable experiences for every member.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in membership management, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer relations.
- Proven track record in event planning and community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for lifestyle, culture, and hospitality, with a natural ability to connect with people.
