How you will contribute:-

· Responsible for monthly payroll preparation and administration, including insurance, personal income tax declaration,

company withholding tax and pension administration (104 for payroll system)

· Deliver payroll and commission calculation and payments with the highest level of quality

· Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations, company's policies and taxes authorities

· Contributes to ensure that service agreements are met, and processes are always working efficiently and effectively.

· Maintain Payroll engine database synchronized with Workday master database.

· Delivers daily operations and support Brands and Corporate projects where necessary.

· Assist in preparing various HR reports

· Be the focal point for responding to employees' inquiry/question on various matters

· Assist in regional project

Who you are:-

· Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

· Minimum 3-year experience as payroll specialist or similar position

· Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases

· Good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

· Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

· Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork

· Excellent communication skills

· Retail industry background is a plus

· Proficient in 104 payroll system and Workday are plus.
