Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers' products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities:
- User Support and Issue Resolution
Serve as the primary contact for HR and Finance product users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide guidance and troubleshooting for product-related challenges to minimize workflow disruptions.
- Product Optimization and Feedback
Gather user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in HR and Finance products. Collaborate with IT and product teams to prioritize and implement enhancements based on user needs.
- Training and Onboarding
Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and onboarding sessions for new users of HR and Finance products. Educate users on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance proficiency.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align product support strategies with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of complex issues.
- Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze user success metrics, such as adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and issue resolution times. Prepare regular reports to highlight progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in Adoption of US Local HR and Finance Software
Facilitate the implementation and user adoption of US-based HR and Finance software platforms, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
(1) Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity, legal, or physical security products.
(2) Familiarity with software tools like SAP, Workday, or other HR/Finance platforms is a plus.
- Skills:
(1) Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and global operations in technology-driven environments.
(2) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
(3) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
(4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
