The Role:
The Traffic Specialist will manage domestic and international systems to support shipments.
Your Contribution:
- Coordinates and consolidates domestic and international systems to support shipments.
- Ensures lowest cost transportation by analyzing company and customer needs
- Researching transportation methods
- Interprets laws, rules and regulations regarding shipping and prepares applications for import/export control certifications and licenses.
- Maintains logs and compiles information on routes, rates and services on various vendors.
- Gathers and analyzes transportation methods
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, transportation analysis, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, transportation analysis, or related fields.
- Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with transportation policies, regulations, and procedures.
