Objective
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key account portfolios and driving business growth. Deeply understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and develop collaborative strategies to achieve win-win outcomes.
Responsiblity:
Account Management:
- Oversee comprehensive relationship management for key accounts.
- Establish and maintain solid, long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
- Segament and Prioritize accounts based on strategic value, revenue potential, and academic influence
Business Growth & Sales Targets:
- Identify and develop new key accounts, focusing on top-tier hospitals, clinic chains, high-volume practices, and academically influential customers.
- Create and execute annual and quarterly business plans for each key account to meet sales targets.
- Drive incremental sales and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase product penetration.
- Handle high-level negotiations for contracts, renewals, and new business opportunities.
- Act as the client's advocate, resolve issues and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction scores.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to develop tailored strategies for each account.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, clinical education, customer service) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of account plans.
Tools & Systems:
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP ) for account tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Leverage digital tools and analytics to optimize customer engagement and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in key account management or large account sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable business opportunities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently identifying challenges and driving solutions.
- Familiarity with the dental or medical device industry is a plus.
