Purpose of the Job:
The Supply chain management ops & Finance role primarily operates from TW. Handle responsibilities within the specified profile, without extending into additional profiles. This is a Full-Time Engagement contributing to the team's objectives.

Primarily Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Local Language Communication
    : Ensure effective communication in the local language, particularly in documentation-related matters.
  • Mediation Role
    : Act as a mediator in communication between TW sales and the India support team to streamline the exchange of information.
  • Collaboration with Global Logistics
    : Work closely with the global logistics team, providing assistance and information on customs-related matters. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and contribute to the smooth Stock Audit: Conduct routine stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Collaborate with relevant teams to address any discrepancies, ensuring the precision of stock levels.
  • Assist Sales in Dispatch
    : Support the sales team in the dispatch process by verifying and documenting any stocks utilized from the sales office. Provide necessary assistance to streamline the dispatch procedures.
  • Collaboration with Global Logistics:
    Work closely with the global logistics team, offering assistance and information on customs-related matters. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and contribute to the efficient handling of customs procedures for shipments.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Business/Supply chain/Logistics or any related field
  • Proficiency in English and Taiwanese language is required
  • Any relevant experience in Sales Support - preparing Sales MIS reports, Sales MI order management sales and purchase orders/SCM/ Operations.
