We are looking for a motivated and proactive
Customer Success Engineer
to join our team. In this role, you'll help Shopify and e-commerce merchants
get started with ABConvert, troubleshoot issues, and run successful experiments.

This position is best suited for someone who:

  • Has strong problem-solving skills and a
    product owner mindset
    (proactively spotting issues and giving feedback to product/engineering).
  • Loves learning new skills (AI, technical tools, automation, documentation) to
    work smarter and improve efficiency.
  • Is curious about A/B testing, e-commerce, SaaS, and experimentation analytics.

You'll report to our CS Manager, Leo, and work closely with our global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding
    – Perform script customization checks and guide new merchants through setup.
  • Customer Success
    – Handle user inquiries and help merchants succeed through effective A/B testing.
  • Documentation & Feedback
    – Contribute to product documentation and share user insights with the team to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong English proficiency (TOEFL iBT 90+ / TOEIC 860+ or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in
    vanilla JavaScript for frontend script customization
    .
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, eager to pick up new tools and skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation

  • Part-time / Intern
    : $300 TWD/hr
  • Full-time
    : 700,000 – 800,000 TWD annually
