We are looking for a
HCP Partner
who is patient value orientated, self-discipline and has high ethical standards and business ethics to join us in our sales team, based in our TW office.
About the role
Amplifies and strengthens the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in assigned accounts and territory through strong collaborative relationships with key HCPs to achieve UCB's financial and non-financial objectives
Ensures UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards. The expectation is that compliance is a part of how we operate. Adherence to compliant behavior is an expectation at UCB.

HCPs, key decision makers for hospital listing process, KOLs, Hospital directors, nurses, etc
Other stakeholder facing roles e.g. Medical Scientific Partners, etc
Commercial Solutions Head
Part of local / regional cross-functional team
What you'll do
Acts as primary point of contact for HCPs
As part of a multidisciplinary team coordinate stakeholder management in a designated territory.
This role focues primarily on driving value through interacting with HCPs in this territory.
Through strong business relationships with HCPs and deep knowledge of UCB solutions matching the right therapeutic solution to the right patient at the right time
Tailors resources and tools to impact HCPs based on individual preference
Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility

Bachelor's degree and above
More than 3 years experience in sales rep role
MNC experience is plus
