[Job Description】 Manage the HR processes including but not limited to onboarding management, performance management, talent development programs and offboarding management to align with global and regional HR initiatives and strategies. Provide consultation of HR related knowledge and resources, support and policy interpretation to employees and managers. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts by providing appropriate guidance and escalating as necessary. Provide support to leaders and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, development programs, with focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Support Site HR manager and HR business partner to boost a high performing team culture by providing coaching with business leaders and individuals, particularly around performance improvement and team engagement. Manage the HR and quality control processes to ensure HR operations comply with local labor legislations as well as meet internal and external audits, including customer audits. Partner with leaders to deploy and implement the people engagement activities. Stay up to update on market trends for HR solutions and changes in local legislations and ensure all HR best practice policies are adhered to and comply with local legislations. Collaborate with HR teams in COE and Shared Service Center to ensure global processes well executed in local as well as to deliver a high quality of HR programs and initiatives. Other ad-hoc tasks or assignments assigned by managers. [Job Qualification] Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, business, psychology, or any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experiences in general HR, and multinational company working experiences is preferable. Good knowledge of the Labor Laws and HR related regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft office skill. Good team player with good analytical skill, self-motivated , can work independently to deliver the result. Demonstrated Can-do attitude and enable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with quality. Advanced communication skill in English both written and oral.
