We are expanding As our business grows, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on international talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development, with the opportunity to contribute to building a supportive and diverse workplace.
This position is newly created due to team expansion, welcoming talents who are passionate about international teamwork, eager to contribute expertise, and grow together with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Managing full-cycle recruitment for primarily international as well as domestic positions, including resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding follow-up.
Partnering with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with business and departmental needs.
Expanding and maintaining international recruitment channels to build a diverse talent pool.
Employee Welfare & Engagement
Assisting in planning and implementing employee welfare programs (events, subsidies, etc.).
Gathering and responding to employee feedback, proposing and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
Learning & Development
Designing, planning, and executing employee training programs.
Monitoring training effectiveness and establishing mechanisms to integrate learning outcomes into daily work.
Other Responsibilities
- Supporting HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in English (intermediate level or above in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred).
Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
Practical experience in HR, with a strong interest in talent acquisition..
Interest in enhancing the workplace environment, employee experience, and employer branding is highly valued.
