By accurately and efficiently manners to assist customer service team to deal with ERP operation from customer order to account close. In charge of RMA documents delivery and manage sales documents .To provide quotation on simple parts requirement to maintain customer satisfaction. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • To assist sales
  • Confirm whole equipments quantity & price to create customers' project information after kick off meeting -Align delivery to production planner anytime and maintain the sales delivery schedule document. -Check production schedule and prepare delivery notes before shipment. Make sure customers and forwarders can pick up the equipment on time. If not, discuss with the sales representative to mitigate the matter in advance. Including Shipment relating troubleshooting
  • Create sales orders in the company ERP system after receiving the PO. Tracking PO status with sales representative if not receive PO before equipment shipment 3 months. -To deal with affiliates' AOR with sales representative -Montly closing including outsourcing distribution, labor, O/H distribution, consumable distribution and completion on time.
  • To manage sales documents
  • Offer list management
  • Project margin/material cost inquiry before and after shipment and remind responsible sales if the margin gap variation over to much (values based on Sales SOP) -Delivery list management
  • Optimize sales tools and documents -Brisk sales community and update ALES ASIA information
  • Support Project Management. As a Project Management, establish the ability to gain cooperation of others and effectively facilitate cross-functional meetings/discussions in order to achieve project objectives and ensure project execution on time & on budget. Are you a MATCH?
