  • Support the Key Account Manager in managing key account business by assisting with sales target achievement, promotion planning, and execution to drive overall performance.
  • Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships by handling daily communications and coordinating effectively with the buying team to address their needs promptly.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance by analysing data trends and providing actionable business insights that help optimise growth opportunities.
  • Execute trade marketing initiatives and promotional programmes in stores to enhance product visibility and increase sales conversion rates.
  • Track competitors' activities regularly, providing timely updates and well-considered recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain, finance, marketing, and trade marketing to ensure smooth product listing processes, order fulfilment, and successful promotional execution.
  • Support negotiation preparation by drafting proposals and following up with customers to ensure all agreements are clearly communicated and implemented.
  • Monitor inventory levels and logistics processes diligently to guarantee consistent on-shelf availability of products at all times.
