- 建立與執行會員分級制度與行銷自動化流程(如 EDM、LINE 推播、再行銷等)。
- 規劃會員旅程並運用數據提升會員活躍度與回購率。
數位廣告與成效分析
- 操作並追蹤 Facebook、Google Ads 等數位廣告成效,提供優化建議與素材規劃。
- 控管廣告預算,定期提出報告與成效追蹤。
LINE官方帳號經營(LINE OA)
- 規劃LINE官方帳號之推播內容、互動機制與節慶活動。
- 分眾經營並結合官網會員資料進行精準行銷。
- 整合促銷、會員經營、轉單導流等功能以提升用戶參與度。
