As a Data Analyst in our Product Intelligence team, you will drive strategic initiatives and provide data-driven insights that influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and other key business initiatives.

In this role, you will monitor key product success metrics, identify potential issues in product design, and uncover opportunities to enhance user experience and product functionality. You will work closely with Product and other stakeholders to ensure insights translate into informed decisions that drive product improvement and growth.

【What You'll Be Doing】

  • Drive Product Decisions with Data
  • Partner with product managers and designers to integrate data-driven insights into every stage of product development.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product usage, and business performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product iteration.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy.

  • Develop reusable analytical frameworks and dashboards to accelerate decision-making across teams.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and models supporting product analytics.
  • Define and maintain core product metrics for consistent measurement across teams.

  • Champion a Data-Driven Culture

  • Communicate insights effectively through clear storytelling and visualization.
  • Promote analytical best practices and foster a data-informed culture within the product organization.
  • Oversee the data analytics lifecycle, contributing to data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data.
  • Depending on experience, you may mentor or guide junior data analysts to help grow the team's capabilities.

【Minimum Qualifications】

  • 3+ years of experience in product or user behavior analytics (preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital product companies).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience in A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive product impact.

【Preferred Qualifications】

  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, or Data Studio.
  • Background in E-commerce or Retail Industry.
  • Knowledge of AI / machine learning techniques and applications in data analytics.
