We're looking for an Android System Software Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead firmware development for new products (NPI) and maintenance releases (MR). You'll work closely with APP, ODM, hardware, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
· Define and manage ViewBoard firmware development scope, timelines, and deliverables for NPI and MR projects.
· Collaborate with BLM, HWPM, QA, and ODM partners to align technical requirements and milestones.
· Work with the Customer Service team to clarify customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely solutions.
· Track project status, risks, and dependencies; ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
· Facilitate smooth coordination between APP, ODM, hardware, and business teams.
· Proactively resolve blockers, prioritize tasks, and make trade-offs to keep projects on track.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in Android software/firmware project or product management.
· Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex schedules.
· Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
· Experience working with ODM/OEM partners and multicultural teams.
· Proficiency with project management tools.
· Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in interactive displays, consumer electronics, or embedded systems.
· Familiarity with Android OS or embedded firmware platforms.
· Technical background in software or firmware development.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive decisions under pressure.
