Job Summary
Solution Sales will be responsible for driving market development in the dental implant sector. The Solution Sales will increase revenues and market share through KA or developing new channels, so as to achieve sales targets and customers increase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet Annual sales target.
  • End user focus, promote and spec in Straumann products in responsible application and territory for end user demand creation.
  • Grow share in territory key account.
  • Identify and capture share gain opportunity in the assigned territory.
  • Assist support coordinator team to deal with customer complaints and keep track of resolution to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and feedback competitor and industry information.

Skills And Competencies
Education / Professional Experience

  • Degree qualified in Medical and Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Working experiences: Sales role at least 3 years, preferred in Dental and Healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
  • Solutions knowledge with business understanding & market knowledge.

Personal / Leadership Competencies

  • Good selling skills and customer orientated.
  • Good teamwork spirit and self-motivated
  • Basic influencing and communication skills, planning, administrative and coordinating skills
  • Develops basic understanding of product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices and policies
  • Works from standard guidelines. Learns to modify or adapt behavior to changes in the situation or environment to reach a goal. Learns to examine available information in problem situations in order to determine the best solution
  • Cooperates closely with superior and/or experienced sales personnel in carrying out job functions. Receives frequent supervision.
