Overview:

Help launch the next wave of intelligent service robotics as part of a mission-driven team with a strong focus on innovation and startup incubation. Specializing in Agentic AI, you'll lead the full-stack development and deployment of robots that redefine service experiences in healthcare, hospitality, logistics, and inspection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic AI Architecture Design and Module Development


• Design agent-based systems with capabilities in perception, cognitive reasoning, task planning, and autonomous decision-making.


• Integrate state-of-the-art foundation models such as VLM, LMM, LBM, and LWM to enable multimodal understanding and response mechanisms.

  • Multimodal AI Integration for Field Applications


• Develop intelligent service solutions that support multilingual interaction, context-aware decision-making, and task-oriented execution.


• Deploy and adapt solutions to various operational environments such as smart healthcare, warehouse automation, hotel services, and mobile inspection scenarios.

  • Edge AI Optimization and Microservices Deployment


• Optimize AI model performance for edge devices and embedded platforms with a focus on efficiency, responsiveness, and resource management.


• Build scalable, containerized microservice systems to support robust cloud-edge cooperative frameworks.

  • Digital Twin Simulation and Verification


• Conduct comprehensive simulation testing and behavior validation using digital twin platforms and real-world robotic systems to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Startup-Oriented Innovation and Incubation


• Contribute to the ideation, prototyping, and validation of novel service robotics solutions with commercialization potential.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new business models, pilot programs, and venture incubation opportunities in emerging service domains.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently drive technical development and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong passion for intelligent automation and the design of agent-based AI architectures.
  • Prior experience in startup environments or innovation-driven projects is highly preferred, especially in roles involving prototyping, product development, or venture incubation.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates are expected to meet at least one of the following qualifications

  • Proficiency with AI frameworks such as
    TensorFlow
    and
    PyTorch
    within
    Linux
    environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems and tools such as
    AutoGPT
    ,
    LlamaIndex
    , or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with multimodal AI techniques involving
    language, vision, and audio integration
    .
  • Practical experience in robotic application deployment or edge computing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI model optimization including quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
  • Familiarity with cloud, edge, or embedded deployment strategies.
  • Exposure to robotic middleware and simulation platforms (e.g., ROS, Gazebo).
  • Keen interest in applying AI technologies to real-world service robot solutions.
  • Experience in building from zero to one—whether through startup ventures or leading engineering teams with operational insight—is highly valued.
