Responsibilities
- Establish and implement contemporary digital and e-commerce architectures capable of meeting a continuously changing industry and market environment to support our strategic goals.
- Lead and manage a team of eCommerce engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend and implement new technologies, tools, and practices that can enhance our eCommerce capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with organizations that deliver ecommerce solutions (i.e. in sales engineering, consulting or product / barnd management)
- 3+ years of working on any large eCommerce Platform (i.e. Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce)
- Strong technical expertise in eCommerce platforms, such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce, and associated technologies (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Ability to interface with both business statehodlers and technology teams to garner understanding of needs and requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
