Position Summary
Title: Business Development Manager
- Location: Taichung
Employment: Full-time
Key Missions & Responsibilities
・Market Expansion
-Design and execute go-to-market strategies for core verticals (F&B, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.).
-Expand Flexii's footprint in the central region of Taiwan
・Pipeline Management
-Source prospects, drive deals through the funnel, and close with optimal efficiency.
・Team Building
-Hire, coach, and motivate a high-performing BD team; set goals and manage KPIs.
・Growth Ownership
-Hit GMV and revenue targets; drive upsell and cross-sell with existing clients.
・Cross-functional Collaboration
-Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize customer experience.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven Track Record – 3+ years building and leading BD/Sales teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Outperformance – Consistently exceeded annual/quarterly targets with clear metrics.
- Leadership – Experience hiring, evaluating, and motivating multi-member teams.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and run KPI-driven PDCA cycles.
- Communication – Business-level proficiency in English.
Mission Fit – Deep alignment with Flexii's Mission / Vision / Values and a drive to create social impact.
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of the gig economy, talent marketplaces, HR Tech, or FinTech.
- Cross-border BD experience in ASEAN
- Hands-on "0→1→10" scale-up experience as a playing manager.
Understanding of unit economics for platform businesses.
