We are looking for a passionate
Investor Relations Project Manager
to join our team and strengthen global investor engagement. This role sits at the intersection of
capital markets, biotechnology, and international communications
, driving visibility for a leading biotech investment platform.

工作內容 / What You'll Do

• 規劃並執行
  國際 IR 活動
  :季度財報、法人會議、論壇。
• 製作並維護高品質
  英文 IR 文件
  (簡報、新聞稿、財報稿)。
• 管理與更新
  公司英文網站
  ,確保資訊正確及即時。
• 蒐集與分析
  外資投資人及分析師意見
  ,提供決策依據。
• 維護並拓展
  國際投資人與券商關係
  。

• 中期逐步承接
  國際路演、NDR、投資人日
  等重要任務。

• Lead and support
  global IR initiatives
  : quarterly earnings, investor conferences, forums.

• Create and maintain
  English IR materials
  (presentations, press releases, earnings releases).
• Manage and update the
  English corporate website
  with timely and accurate information.
• Collect and analyze
  investor and analyst insights
  to support management decisions.
• Build and strengthen
  relationships with global investors and brokers
  .
• Grow into leading
  international roadshows, NDRs, and Investor Day events
  .

任職資格 / What We're Looking For

• 學歷:
  生物科技、醫藥、生命科學
  相關科系(具財務/商管背景尤佳)。
• 經驗:
  1–3 年
  IR、資本市場、券商、基金或生技 BD 經驗。
• 技能:
• 英文流利
  ,能獨立完成簡報與文件撰寫。
• 熟悉
  PowerPoint、Excel
  ,能將數據轉化為投資人資訊。
• 具備
  基本財務分析能力
  。

• 特質:專業穩重、反應靈活、熱愛資本市場並樂於承擔責任。

• Degree in
  Biotech, Life Sciences, Pharma
  (Finance/Business a plus).

• 1–3 years
  in IR, capital markets, brokerage, asset management, or biotech BD.
• Skills:
• Fluent in
  English (written & spoken)
  .
• Proficient in
  PowerPoint and Excel
  ; able to turn data into clear investor insights.
• Basic
  financial analysis
  capability.
• Attributes: Professional, adaptable, passionate about capital markets, eager to grow.

加分條件 / Bonus Points

• 曾任職於券商研究部、基金或跨國企業 IR 部門。
• 熟悉
  MSCI/FTSE 指數納入規則
  ,或具 ETF/被動基金經驗。

• 具備
  國際會議、論壇、投資人日
  等活動實務經驗。

• Experience in brokerage research, asset management, or MNC IR.

• Knowledge of
  MSCI/FTSE index rules
  or ETFs/passive funds.
• Hands-on experience with
  international IR events
  .
